We recommend you download the program X-Lite if you want to make calls directly from your computer.
Here's the direct link to make the free download of the program:

1. Click on the small arrow

2. Click on "SIP Account Settings ..."

3. Click "Add ..."

4. Enter your "Trunk Name" in box "Dispay Name"

5. Enter your "User Name"

6. Enter your "Password"

7. Enter your "User name" in the "Authorization user name"

8. Insert "sip.5voip.be"Like Domain

9. Click "OK"

10. Click "Close"
